Cancellation Policy
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If your cancellation is accepted within the 24-hour period, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you’re still unhappy after this period, you may return your product within 90 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We make every effort to ensure your Blisswize product arrives in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Please note that minor damage to shipping packaging (like dents or marks on the box) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product inside is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@blisswize.com. Attach a clear photo of the damage, and we’ll determine whether you qualify for a complimentary replacement.
We are unable to refund or replace items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ship your order quickly, but we cannot control delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors. Blisswize is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address
