Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed.
Your order is considered dispatched once it is handed over to the shipping carrier and officially in transit.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or cancellation.
If you need to make a change, email us at support@blisswize.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, your order may be cancelled to prevent delivery issues.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we monitor shipments closely. However, delivery delays can occur for reasons outside Blisswize’s control, including:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed to the courier, it is no longer under Blisswize’s control. If your order shows as lost or stolen, please contact us at support@blisswize.com so we can assist.
We also recommend contacting the courier to file a claim, as they may require details only you can provide.
While these situations fall outside our refund policy, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, a replacement may be offered.
If your package cannot be located, we may also ask you to file a police report for verification purposes.
